Good Cause legislation is a preventative measure for combating displacement and potential homelessness in the city. This amendment to the Unfair Rental Practices Law will prevent no-fault evictions at the end of lease term and give tenants an opportunity to contest a good cause for eviction before the Fair Housing Commission.

This is one of Philadelphia's most progressive and needed bills to fight gentrification is coming to the final vote! We're ALL HANDS ON DECK and need everyone we can to show the city that we won't stand for gentrification.
